1.General Policy

  • All rental payments are non-refundable, except as outlined below

2.Move-Outs

  • Rent is charged on a monthly basis
  • We do not prorate rent for early move-outs
  • No refunds will be issued for unused days after vacating a unit
  • Notice must be given upon move-out

3.Prepaid Rent

  • Prepaid rent is non-refundable
  • If you vacate early, any unused time is forfeited

4.Fees

The following are non-refundable:

  • Administrative fees
  • Late fees
  • Lock or replacement fees

5.Billing Errors

  • If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 7 days of the charge.
  • We will review and correct any verified errors.

6.Exceptional Circumstances

  • Refunds, if any, are issued at management’s discretion in rare or extenuating
    circumstances.
